Network Connectivity

Primary Server

Connectivity is the most critical aspect of being on the internet. We operate two solidly-built networks based in central Florida. The first, Situated in Kissimmee Florida, is connected via three internet pipes
totaling three gigabits per second – One GigE to Broadwing, One GigE to MCI/UUNet, and One GigE Cogent.
Unlike other ISPS which may have a series of T1s (1.544mbit/sec), our connections to the internet are
all gigabit (1000 mbits/sec) ethernet uplinks.

Our Orlando POP has three internet peers consisting of four trunks, Two GigE to Level3, One GigE to TWTC, and One GigE to Cogent.

We do not own our own datacenter as in the walls and roof. What we do is lease floorspace from existing wholesale datacenters, purchase our own multi-homed bandwidth, administer our own routers,
switches and servers, and purchase our own electricity.

We are a service provider and not a building management organization – we are good at operating high performance Linux servers and not negotiating with vendors to repair a broken door hinge or fix a broken AC compressor. We have full control over our network and service such that we can independently null-route IP addresses, filter network traffic, physically troubleshoot our own hardware, replace our own hard drives, and monitor every aspect of our infrastructure.

The end result is a better network and intelligent answers as to what is going on when a problem does arise. When there is a dos attack or server malfunction, we are not held at the whim of another company to restore service and we are honest with our customers about the problem and solution we are implementing.
We are on the problem and working to resolve it ourselves.

Many other companies completely rely on a 3rd company to manage their servers and network.
When this is true, ask yourself what their SLA really means. How can they guarantee anything when they can not directly control anything about their service.

At Integrity Custom Hosting, we are a smaller company with a high level of control and commitment to service.
